Game keys dealers try to sell a free game
There are sites that offer a cheaper way to buy the games you like. If it seems too good to be true ... it's probably because that's the case. The key dealer model seems simple at first: it is a platform for selling unwanted digital games, providing store keys (usually steam keys) at a much lower price. The way they manage to get these keys is a little ... Lady, but good, lower prices will always attract looks, no matter what do they do to developers (which is a lot, in fact).
But now, the game has changed: now, we do not only offer you cheap game keys. The offer now applies to ... Free Games?

If it was not already clear, key resellers are not your friends. This is just another element at the top of the stack of terrible things done by their business. Many game developers would simply prefer you pirate their games instead, and it's easy to understand why. Currently, most players simply have no excuses to use these platforms. They are not more practical (since online showcases exist), they are certainly not safer, and now you can not even be sure to get a discount.
Given the damage that a market like this can cause the game market, it is probably better to avoid them. The fact that they also seek to destroy your portfolio should not be the drop that overflows the vase, but it will certainly strengthen the will of those who are determined to move others away from these platforms. They only protect independent developers, they also protect players.
